1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Sumi application (“the App”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
2. Description of Service
Sumi is a digital tarot card reading application that provides daily card pulls, multi-card spreads, zodiac-tarot connections, and AI-powered reading interpretations. The App is available as a web application and an iOS application.
3. Entertainment Purpose
Tarot readings provided by Sumi are for entertainment and personal reflection purposes only. They should not be used as a substitute for professional advice, including but not limited to medical, legal, financial, or psychological guidance.
4. User Accounts
To access certain features, you may create an account using your email address. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activities that occur under it.
5. AI-Powered Features
The Reader feature uses AI technology (provided by Anthropic) to generate personalized tarot interpretations. Conversations with the Reader are stored to improve your experience. AI-generated content may not always be accurate and should be taken as general guidance only.
6. Subscriptions & Payments
Certain features of Sumi require a paid subscription. Subscription terms, pricing, and billing cycles are displayed at the time of purchase. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or through the App Store (for iOS).
7. Intellectual Property
All content in the App, including but not limited to illustrations, text, design, and code, is the property of Canopy Studio (GenGrowth Consulting Ltd) and is protected by copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without written permission.
8. Limitation of Liability
Sumi is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
9. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting. Your continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
